These outputs come together in the Reinvention Passport. The Reinvention Passport can include: - FlipFactor results and before-and-after progress - the participant's Sprint artifacts and skill files - custom skill files created by the participant - deployed agentic workflows - documented business results - personal context developed through the Sprint The Reinvention Passport belongs to the participant, not the employer or an AI platform. It is designed to be portable across AI systems, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI tools. This allows participants to carry their context across tools, roles, and organizations rather than rebuilding it from scratch every time the underlying technology changes. ### FlipWork Certified: Agentic Leader™ FlipWork Certified: Agentic Leader™ is FlipWork's criteria-based credential for demonstrated agentic capability. It is earned through applied work and demonstrated capability rather than attendance alone. Eligibility requires completion and submission of all 18 artifacts, submission of the Capstone, and completion of the post-Sprint FlipFactor diagnostic. Credentials are issued and verified through Sertifier and can be shared externally, including on professional profiles. ### FlipWork OS FlipWork OS is the platform through which the FlipWork Sprint is delivered. Pulse establishes an organizational baseline of Agentic-Human Reinvention readiness using FlipFactor data across the participating population. Pulse includes: - FlipFactor diagnostics for up to 5,000 people - individual diagnostic reports - an aggregate organizational report - analysis by relevant organizational segments - a 90-minute executive briefing on findings, implications, and priorities Price: $25,000 for up to 5,000 people. Pulse can be used before a Sprint deployment to establish the organizational baseline and again afterward to measure change. ### Enterprise Pilot The Enterprise Pilot is a private 8-week FlipWork Sprint for a fixed cohort of 15 participants. It provides an organization with a contained deployment of the Sprint before a larger rollout. Price: $50,000 for 15 participants. Enterprise Pilots are offered reactively when a client requests a smaller initial deployment; FlipWork does not lead with the Pilot in cold enterprise outreach. ### Enterprise Sprint The Enterprise Sprint is a private 8-week FlipWork Sprint for 50 participants. It applies the FlipWork Sprint across a larger group of leaders inside an organization while preserving individual measurement, applied work, Reinvention Passports, and evidence of capability change. Price: $150,000 for 50 participants. ## How FlipWork Measures Change FlipWork is designed to produce evidence of capability change, not simply program completion. Every Sprint participant establishes a FlipFactor baseline before the program and retakes the diagnostic after the Sprint. FlipFactor measures movement across Agentic Velocity and Enterprise Symbiosis and provides before-and-after evidence of how the participant's capability changed. Results are referenced against a global benchmark of non-participants over the same eight-week period. Participants also document business outcomes from applying AI to real work. Each participant selects a job-relevant measure and calculates or records the outcome as part of the program summary.
